IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND OF THE LEGAL AGE IN YOUR STATE TO ACCESS, REGISTER, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM. BY ENTERING OR USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU MEET THESE AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE LAWFULLY ALLOWED TO VIEW AND INTERACT WITH ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR AREA.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES OR DISPUTES ARISE FROM TRANSLATED VERSIONS, THE ENGLISH TEXT WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE AND BE THE ONLY LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge you’re entering a digital space that may feature adult-oriented material, including but not limited to explicit videos, live streaming shows, interactive chat rooms, and other user-generated sexual or suggestive content.

You also acknowledge that some content may be considered explicit or offensive in certain regions or cultural settings, and it’s your responsibility to confirm whether accessing such material is lawful where you live.

If accessing such content is illegal or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continuing to use it means you’ve independently confirmed the legality of your access and accept full responsibility for complying with local laws.

The Platform doesn’t actively verify legality for individual users beyond reasonable compliance steps. Therefore, all legal risks related to jurisdiction rest with you, the User.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND PARTIES

This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under English and Welsh law, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (the "Company"), and any individual or entity using or accessing the Platform (the "User").

This Agreement governs all Cameralux services, including websites, apps, APIs, and other offerings run by the Company. It applies worldwide, subject to mandatory local laws that cannot be overridden by contract.

Users agree that this contract is entered into electronically and that their acceptance is legally binding.

1. DEFINITIONS (FULL LEGAL CLARITY)

For clear interpretation and enforceability, the following terms apply throughout this Agreement:

Platform: The Cameralux ecosystem, including all digital interfaces, apps, back-end systems, streaming tech, and related services operated by the Company.

Performer: Any individual or legal body delivering content or services through the Platform, including Models and Studios.

Model: A person creating or performing adult content distributed via the Platform.

Studio: An entity or individual managing, overseeing, or coordinating one or more Models.

Member: Any end-user who accesses, watches, interacts, or purchases content or services.

Services: All digital features including live streaming, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content sharing.

Digital Service: A service provided electronically and consumed in real or near real-time, including interactive sessions.

Content: Any audiovisual, textual, or interactive material available on the Platform.

Jurisdiction: The legal area whose laws apply to the User based on location or residency.

These terms are broadly interpreted as needed to maintain enforceability and consistency across legal systems.

2. PLATFORM NATURE (LEGAL POSITIONING)

Cameralux operates purely as a tech platform providing infrastructure and tools to facilitate connections between consenting adults.

The Platform does not create, produce, edit, or control any content. All content is independently generated by Users.

The Company does not:

  • Employ Performers;
  • Control the content of performances;
  • Guarantee user satisfaction;
  • Serve as a legal intermediary.

This distinction is crucial and will be strictly upheld in any disputes or legal matters.

Users acknowledge that all interactions happen at their own discretion and risk.

3. GLOBAL OPERATIONS AND JURISDICTIONAL COMPLIANCE

Cameralux operates worldwide and complies with a variety of legal frameworks.

Access may be limited based on:

  • Geolocation;
  • Local laws;
  • Verification procedures;
  • Regulatory requirements.

The Company may apply geo-blocking or content restrictions where necessary.

Users understand that services may vary depending on their jurisdiction.

4. AGE VERIFICATION (COMPREHENSIVE)

Cameralux applies age verification measures proportional to legal requirements.

Failure to verify may lead to limited or denied access.

All verification complies with relevant data protection laws.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)

The Platform strictly forbids:

  • Human trafficking;
  • Non-consensual acts;
  • Illegal activities.

Violations lead to immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for:

  • Compliance with applicable laws;
  • Providing accurate information;
  • Conducting lawful behaviour.

Users bear all risks involved in using the Platform.

8. MONITORING AND SECURITY

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cameralux is not liable for:

  • User-generated content;
  • Performers’ conduct;
  • Technical issues beyond control.

Liability is capped at payments made in the past 12 months.

This limitation applies as far as the law allows.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company may update these Terms anytime.

Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11. PERFORMER STATUS AND LEGAL INDEPENDENCE

All content providers on Cameralux (the "Performers") are independent contractors. This is a key legal term and will be strictly interpreted in any legal or regulatory context.

Nothing here or in the parties’ conduct creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between Cameralux and Performers. Performers are not employees and receive no employee benefits or protections.

Performers acknowledge and agree that they:

  • Control how they perform;
  • Set their own hours and style;
  • Use their own gear and workspace;
  • May work on other platforms or businesses as they see fit;
  • Assume all commercial risks of their activity.

The Company does not oversee or direct performances. Platform tools are optional and don’t grant control or supervision rights.

This clause preserves Performers’ independent contractor status to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. PERFORMER CATEGORIES (A / B / C)

For clarity, Cameralux categorises Performers as:

  • Category A – Independent Model: operates solo on the Platform without a Studio;
  • Category B – Studio: manages one or more Models;
  • Category C – Studio Model: works under a Studio’s direction.

Each category has distinct rights, duties, and liabilities. The Company may assign categories based on actual facts.

13. CATEGORY A – INDEPENDENT MODEL

An Independent Model registers directly and runs their own show without Studio involvement. They’re solely responsible for all aspects of their Platform activity.

They must:

  • Create, upload, and manage content;
  • Set pricing and service offerings;
  • Engage with Members;
  • Comply with all laws including content, tax, and consumer rules;
  • Keep records as required (e.g., proof of age and consent).

The Model guarantees they:

  • Are at least 18 and legally capable;
  • Act voluntarily;
  • Own rights to their content;
  • Won’t breach prohibited conduct.

Financial and Tax Obligations:

Models are solely responsible for taxes on their earnings, including:

  • Income tax;
  • GST or equivalent;
  • Social security or self-employment taxes;
  • Invoice and record-keeping compliance.

Examples:

  • Australia: Models may be considered sole traders and must report income to the ATO;
  • EU: VAT may apply depending on thresholds and supply rules;
  • Brazil: Income tax or MEI structures may apply;
  • USA: Models treated as independent contractors for tax purposes.

The Company does not provide tax advice and disclaims responsibility for Models’ tax compliance.

14. CATEGORY B – STUDIO

A Studio is a legal entity or person managing one or more Models and is the primary contact for Cameralux regarding those Models.

The Studio is responsible for:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and managing Models;
  • Verifying Models’ identity and age;
  • Ensuring Models act lawfully and voluntarily;
  • Complying with labour, tax, and regulation requirements;
  • Maintaining consent and ID records.

The Studio guarantees:

  • All Models are 18 or older;
  • No coercion or trafficking;
  • All consents are properly documented;
  • Operations comply with laws.

Liability:

The Studio alone is liable for its Models’ actions. Cameralux is not responsible for:

  • Payments between Studio and Models;
  • Disputes within the Studio;
  • Studio’s employment compliance.

Payment Process:

  • Cameralux pays the Studio;
  • Studio pays its Models;
  • Cameralux doesn’t supervise internal payments.

15. CATEGORY C – STUDIO MODEL

A Studio Model works under a Studio’s oversight. They acknowledge that:

  • Their contract is with the Studio, not Cameralux;
  • Cameralux is not their employer or agent;
  • All payment and contractual matters are handled with the Studio.

Studio Models remain responsible for following Platform rules and laws.

16. CONTENT WARRANTIES AND CONSENT

Performers warrant that:

  • All content is made with full, informed, voluntary consent;
  • No minors are involved;
  • No coercion or exploitation;
  • All participants can legally consent;
  • Content complies with laws and regulations.

Performers must keep verifiable consent records where required and provide them on request.

Non-compliance leads to immediate termination and possible legal reporting.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Performers keep ownership of their content but grant Cameralux a licence that is:

  • Non-exclusive;
  • Worldwide;
  • Royalty-free;
  • Transferable to service providers as needed.

This licence allows Cameralux to:

  • Host, store, and transmit content;
  • Stream and display content to Members;
  • Use content for Platform promotion and operation.

The licence is only for operating and promoting the Platform and doesn’t transfer ownership.

Moral rights are respected according to EU law and cannot be waived where prohibited.

18. CONTENT MODERATION AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

Cameralux reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or block content violating this Agreement or laws.

These actions may occur without notice to protect:

  • Users;
  • Platform integrity;
  • Legal compliance.

The Company does not perform general monitoring beyond legal requirements.

19. PERFORMER EARNINGS AND PAYMENTS

Performers earn money from Member payments for services. Earnings depend on demand, pricing, and activity.

Performers understand that:

  • Earnings aren’t guaranteed;
  • Payment timing may vary;
  • Third-party processors may affect timing.

Cameralux does not guarantee minimum income.

20. FRAUD AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The Platform enforces strict anti-fraud rules. Prohibited behaviours include:

  • Artificially boosting traffic or earnings;
  • Using bots or automation;
  • Manipulating payments;
  • Collusion.

Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and financial recovery.

21. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Cameralux may suspend or terminate accounts if there’s evidence of:

  • Agreement breaches;
  • Fraud or abuse;
  • Legal or regulatory risks.

Actions may be taken without prior warning if necessary.

22. PERFORMER DATA PROTECTION

Performer data is handled according to applicable privacy laws.

Data may include:

  • Identity verification;
  • Payment details;
  • Activity logs.

Data is processed only for legitimate purposes and protected with appropriate safeguards.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PERFORMERS)

As far as the law permits, Cameralux is not liable for:

  • Lost earnings;
  • Business interruptions;
  • Third-party disputes.

Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.

24. FINAL PERFORMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using the Platform, Performers confirm that:

  • They operate independently;
  • They accept full legal responsibility for their actions;
  • They understand and accept risks involved.

This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Performer and Cameralux regarding Platform use.

25. PAYMENT SYSTEM AND DIGITAL TOKENS

Cameralux uses a closed-loop digital token system to facilitate secure, scalable, and compliant transactions between Members and Performers worldwide.

Members don’t buy content directly. Instead, they purchase digital tokens through approved payment methods, then use these tokens to access Performers’ services.

Tokens are not legal tender or electronic money, but non-transferable rights to consume digital services within the Platform.

Tokens have no value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Company can change token systems, prices, or exchange rates at any time, but won’t affect already purchased tokens.

26. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND REGULATION

Cameralux partners with several third-party payment providers to ensure global reach and compliance.

These may include:

  • CCBill: global card processing, subscriptions, adult-industry compliance;
  • PayGarden: alternative payments like gift cards;
  • CoinPayments: cryptocurrency and blockchain payments;
  • PagSeguro and WePayments: Brazil-specific systems like PIX and local methods.

Each provider operates independently and follows its own regulatory rules including:

  • KYC requirements;
  • AML obligations;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting.

Cameralux doesn’t influence providers’ compliance decisions.

27. TRANSACTION PROCESS FLOW

Transactions go through several stages:

  • Authorization: payment method verified;
  • Capture: funds secured;
  • Settlement: funds transferred to Platform accounts;
  • Conversion: tokens assigned to Member;
  • Consumption: tokens used for services.

Stages may involve delays or reversals depending on provider policies and risk analyses.

27A. PAYMENT FLOW EXAMPLES

Example 1 – Live Show:

  • Member buys tokens;
  • Member joins live stream;
  • Tokens deducted in real time;
  • Tokens convert to Performer earnings.

Example 2 – Subscription:

  • Member subscribes via CCBill;
  • Recurring billing activated;
  • Immediate access granted;
  • Automatic renewals.

Example 3 – Cryptocurrency:

  • Member sends crypto payment;
  • Blockchain confirms;
  • Tokens issued;
  • No reversals possible.

28. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Subscription services may be offered and billed regularly through the Platform.

Members understand:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before billing;
  • Billing cycles set by payment providers;
  • Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

Important notes:

  • Failing to cancel before renewal triggers automatic charges;
  • Unused time isn’t refundable;
  • Inactive accounts don’t stop billing.

29. REFUND POLICY

All services are digital and delivered immediately upon access, so purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only for:

  • Accidental double billing;
  • Verified technical faults preventing service delivery;
  • Failure to deliver purchased services.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Consumed or partially used services;
  • User dissatisfaction;
  • User-side tech issues (internet, hardware);
  • Tips or donations;
  • Cryptocurrency payments.

29A. REFUND EXAMPLES

  • Technical failure: full refund;
  • Late arrival: no refund;
  • User disconnect: no refund;
  • Performer stops early: partial refund possible;
  • Payment error: full refund;
  • Crypto payment: no refund.

Refunds are based on system data and logs.

30. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE MANAGEMENT

Chargebacks pose risks to the Platform and are closely monitored.

Members agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Cameralux support.

Chargeback abuse includes:

  • Disputing valid transactions after use;
  • Repeated refund scams;
  • False claims of unauthorised payments.

Consequences include:

  • Account suspension or termination;
  • Financial recovery actions;
  • Reporting to payment providers.

30A. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

Disputes follow internal steps:

  • Step 1: Contact support;
  • Step 2: Internal review;
  • Step 3: Final decision based on logs.

The Company may rely on system data as conclusive evidence.

31. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

Crypto payments are final and irreversible.

No refunds or chargebacks apply.

35. DATA AND TRANSACTION RECORDS

The Company keeps transaction records for compliance, fraud prevention, and audits.

Retention times vary by law and jurisdiction.

36. FINAL PAYMENT AND ENFORCEMENT STATEMENT

By using the Platform, Users agree that:

  • Payments are subject to strict rules;
  • Refunds are limited;
  • Fraud prevention measures are enforced.

This ensures Cameralux’s integrity, security, and ongoing service quality.

37. COMPANY COMMITMENT AND CLOSURE

Cameralux is dedicated to running a safe, law-abiding, and responsible digital platform connecting consenting adults worldwide. The Company continuously reviews and updates policies, systems, and procedures to keep pace with changing laws, industry standards, and technology.

Through strong compliance tools like age checks, fraud detection, data security, and payment safeguards, Cameralux aims to build trust, transparency, and reliability in all operations.

The Company clearly separates its role as a technology provider from the independent actions of Users and Performers. This clarity is vital for legal certainty, smooth operations, and fair allocation of responsibility.

Users and Performers must engage honestly and lawfully, following these Terms. Abuse or violations damage the Platform’s integrity and may trigger enforcement actions.

By continuing to use Cameralux, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to this entire Agreement including all policies and responsibilities.

This Agreement is the full and exclusive statement governing your use of the Platform, replacing any prior agreements or understandings.

If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted as broadly as possible, and the rest will remain fully effective.

Cameralux reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
