YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF CONSENT IN YOUR STATE TO ACCESS OR JOIN ANY GOLD SHOW ON CAMERALUX.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE EXCLUSIVELY GOVERNED BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES ARISE FROM TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Performance – Expanded Guidelines)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, limited-time group performance hosted by an independent Model via the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows let multiple viewers chip in a set amount of tokens or tokens to join a shared live act.

Cameralux functions purely as a tech platform and doesn’t control or provide the content, performance, or behaviour of the Models.

1. What Gold Shows Are

• Entertainment-centric and inherently subjective
• Models operate as independent contractors
• No guarantees on specific acts or results
• Viewer satisfaction is a personal experience

Personal disappointment is not grounds for refunds.

2. Show Setup

• Performance details (for guidance only)
• Total fundraising target
• Minimum contribution amount
• Duration and countdown timer

Models have full autonomy over how the show unfolds.

3. Before the Show

• Viewers can pledge contributions
• No obligation to perform before the start

If the funding goal isn’t met, the Model may cancel → full refunds will be processed.

4. Show Start and Joining In

• Access granted to those who have paid
• Participation in a group setting

5. Joining Late

• Full price applies regardless of when you join
• No partial or discounted access
• No refunds for late entry

6. Disconnections

• Reconnect allowed if possible
• No refunds for user’s connection issues
• Platform faults may be reviewed for refunds

7. Tips

• Entirely voluntary and at your discretion
• Not mandatory
• Non-refundable under all conditions

8. Leaving Early

• If you leave early → no refund
• If the Model ends the show early → this may be reviewed

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid, live digital services. Once the show starts, the service is considered delivered.

General Rules

• Payments are final once access is granted
• Refunds only for clear, verifiable issues
• Personal dissatisfaction is not a valid reason

Full Refunds

• Show cancelled before starting → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

• Significant early show termination
• Technical failure on platform side

Refunds may be proportionate based on unused show time.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Joining late
• Leaving the show early
• Issues with your device or internet
• Unhappy with the performance
• Tips and extra payments

Technical Problems

• Server-side faults → eligible for refund
• User-side faults → not eligible

Legal Jurisdictions

EU / UK:

• Users agree to immediate service provision
• Right of withdrawal waived once show begins

Brazil:

• Right of withdrawal valid only before show starts

Australia:

• Refunds limited to technical or billing errors

10. Content Disclaimer

• Descriptions are indicative only
• Models maintain creative control
• No promise of specific acts

11. Recorded Show Purchases

All purchases of recorded content are final and non-refundable.

12. Fraud and Misuse

• Repeated refund abuse
• Chargebacks after participation
• System manipulation attempts

Consequences include:

• Account suspension or termination
• Permanent ban
• Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

• Contact Cameralux before disputing payments
• Chargebacks may result in suspension
• User liable for any fees incurred

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws will apply where relevant.

15. Liability Limits

• No responsibility for Model conduct
• No responsibility for user dissatisfaction
• No responsibility for external tech issues

Maximum liability capped at the amount paid.

16. Final Acknowledgement

By joining a Gold Show, you agree to these terms.
